COACH MY SPORT BOARD

The Board has been formed to support and enhance the aims of working with young people.
The CMS Board will have a duty to makes sure the SE is managed appropriately allowing each Member an equal vote.
The Board will consist of a minimum of 3, including the Founding Director which may be increased with the future development of the project.
Members of the Board will serve on a voluntary basis, without remuneration (expenses will be paid) for a set period of two (2) years bringing with them a wealth of relevant experience to add value to the business and also bring with them experience in educational, commercial or financial sectors.

BRETT McKENZIE (TEAM TALK - Mental Health and wellbeing)
Brett is a former youth professional and junior footballer who is now in his honours year at the University of the West of Scotland studying Sports coaching and development. He also has a background of using sports as an intervention to help people who suffer with mental health and wellbeing along with social inclusion issues.
KELSEY (Project officer)
Kelsey is originally from County Durham and graduated from the University of Stirling in 2019 with a BA (Hons) in Sport Studies. Kelsey’s passions lie in youth sport and leadership, having worked with organisations such as the Youth Sport Trust as well as gaining multiple sport coaching qualifications, with 8 years of multi-sport and fundamental coaching experience. Kelsey has also previously sat on the sportScotland Trust Company Board and planning committees for the County Durham School Games. After graduating, Kelsey worked as a Development Officer with England Netball before returning to Stirling to work as a Student Recruitment Officer for the University of Stirling. Outside of work, Kelsey remains involved in local youth sport through Stirling Junior Netball Club and Dunblane Cricket Club.
